The LL DERMAL is an innovative laser based on a mode of action capable of delivering ultrashort pulses (on the order of nanoseconds) and energy intensities in the tens of millijoules. It works by using two wavelengths, which enables its use to produce high frequency ultrasound to permeabilize the skin, break down the pigments in skin lesions and also break down tattoo pigments.
